the one that got away

Just to prove that although life is very good for us, it's not TOO good to be true. We saw this house, and made an offer a little too late. So affordable, so great. However, it was an older house that hadn't been updated in a long time, so we would've had to sink money into it pretty quickly (yes, we're going to keep telling ourselves this). Also, on the other side of the fence were some nasty dogs, so I think it's better for everyone. But still, it hurts to see this playground!!
