Are those tortillas? Wow, not only do you now have an awesome house (congratulations, by the way!), you can fill it with as many tortillas as you desire! I envy that closet space most of all. : )I knew you could do it--you're the Closer, after all.

Oh, guess what, I've been trying to get my pictures sorted - finally before we move - wanted to get it done before our last move but didn't - and out fell your wedding invite pic!! Cute people the two of you! Congrats again!
But allow me to tell YOU some of the things I want to do:
sod a portion of the backyard, lay eco-friendly ground up tires for some and put a swingset down -- then I can try my hand at gardening the back portion of the lawn (sectioned off by the railroad ties). Also, want to gut the greenery right near the house in the backyard and put some pavement stones down and put a home depot-style screened gazebo on top of the pavement stones -- to extend the sunroom. Also would love to put up a privacy wall in the front and make a nice courtyard in front -- to utilize some of that front yard space. But if Cort asks, in the short term, all I'm asking for is a porch swing in the front and the swingset in back and we're in business.
Oh - yeah, I have no negative comments - my comment was -- nice! -- I was referring to my comments I made on the pictures of the houses you only posted for Cort to see!
I like the sound of all of your plans! It makes me feel sad that we won't be buying when we move to Boise - so I can't rip things out and put stuff in - my poor husband - I'm always ripping up something! Yes - porch swing and swingset for the back yard - just stick with that story!!!! Great blogging with you - just updated ours again...
