FAMILY REUNION!!

HIGHLIGHTS

all 23 of us (one in two times we were actually altogether and all together)

as close as I could get the 5 brothers to pose for a picture (I had to sneak up from behind)

our gruelling 1.5 hour hike (just about did me in) -- us weaklings were taking a break

Claire and Sophie are only months apart, and struggled at first, but were soon reading the fine works together

Claire and Bree and Aunt Kim bonding -- Claire couldn't understand why Bree didn't get her jokes

It took a few months, but now Claire adores her Aunt Patty -- we'll miss her terribly

Gma Kaye made Sophie and Wyatt chef hats -- we see who the favorites are!

We have had such a fun time in Pennsylvania. The scenic views are incredible, and all 23 of us are having a terrific time (12 adults, 11 children -- they've almost completely overpowered us). The kids play Kub (Swedish block yard game), badminton, and racket tetherball, catch turtles in the pond below, and when they want to be inside, they hot tub on the porch, or play Nintendo Wii DDR, Wii Guitar Hero or Wii American Idol. Mostly the adults keep a running total of the children, chat, and sneak naps while the other adults aren't looking. It's been fun watching the dynamics of the grandchildren. We'll list funny lines later!
