this is indignant mama squawking in a nearby tree as I poke my camera into the basket

she tattled on me to proud papa, who finally showed up to tousle his feathers furiously
Mama goes back to the nest, checking first to make sure everything is A-OK.
hard to see, but papa is in the upper right hand corner, and sat on the roof long after the camera incident, making sure mama is happy. I love this guy!
